Alana Teteris

President

Alana started her career in insurance in 2008 helping with commercial lines processing before becoming a RIBO Licensed broker and learning the personal lines side of the business. Since then, Alana has become the Personal Lines Manager, BMS administrator, and Deputy Principal Broker at Petley-Hare Ltd. Alana has had the opportunity to work in multiple BMS environments and to work hands on in all levels of the client experience from quoting, sales, processing, administration, service, and accounting, as well as building strong relationships with insurance company partners and fellow brokers. Alana’s goal is to help bring meaningful changes to the way brokers do business.

Valerie Guilbault

Director/Treasurer

Valerie began her insurance career back in 1985 with Canadian Home Insurance in Montreal.  In 1989, she moved to Nova Scotia and started working as a broker.  She has played many roles in her career, from office administrator, broker, and branch manager to her current position as Director of Operations.  Her goals are trying to keep up with the forever changing world of technology and finding new tools that will help automate workflow efficiencies and eliminate some of our duplicate entry.  Ease of doing business with our insurance providers and customers is also a priority.

Tracey LaTulippe

Director/Research & Development

Tracey began her insurance career in 2001 as a client desk receptionist servicing insurance. Since then, she has taken on many different roles, from Account Processing to Comptroller, and now Manager of Professional Development. Tracey has been involved in working with brokers and companies to improve workflow efficiencies, provides training plans, and licensing requirements.

Tracy Conrad

Director

Tracy graduate in 2001 with a certificate in Computer System Management & Support. Tracy worked in a call center environment in for banking and hardware support for several years. She entered insurance in 2007, as a receptionist at MacLeod Lorway Insurance. Soon, Tracy was also assisting staff as part time tech support.

In 2008 after obtaining her general insurance license Tracy worked in personal lines processing. In 2017 Tracy moved to being a fulltime Support Technician as part of the support team for MacLeod Lorway Insurance.

In 2020 Tracy move to being the sole in-house technology support for MacLeod Lorway Insurance.

Ted Kent

Director

Ted is committed to and passionate about making life easier for clients and peers through innovation and automation. He has been a broker, multi branch manager, Director of Digital Branch Operations before joining the IT team at Knight Archer.  A forever student who is rarely not enrolled in a course, program, or webinar. Ted has his Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation as well as a Canadian Security Course and Financial Planning 2 certificate.

In his spare time Ted enjoys traveling with his wife Kim and finding new lakes to take his kayak out on.
