Jason entered insurance in 1998 on the direct writer side of things and moved to the broker side in 2003. Since becoming a broker Jason has worn many hats. In his current position he handles a book of business along with setting up an Audit process for multiple offices and making sure compliance is met. As well as creating work flows for the personal lines side of things. Jason also minored in computer science in university and is very passionate about technology.
Mark has worked in many areas of the insurance industry since 1979. He started his career as a Personal Lines Underwriter, and since then has had many other roles, such as: Commercial Lines Underwriter, Account Executive, Support and Training Rep, and EBS Coordinator. Currently, Mark is the SIG Manager for McDougall Insurance & Financial.

Christy began her insurance career in 2002 as a receptionist and obtained her RIBO license within that year. Since then, she has taken on many different roles from Customer Service Representative, Underwriting, Sales, Personal Lines Manager and now currently in the role of a Operations Manager. Throughout her career, Christy has been involved in working with Brokers, Companies and Broker Managements Systems to create & streamline workflows, improve efficiencies and manage underwriting criteria.

Nicky has worked in insurance since 2005 and has experience in multiple roles within the insurance world. Her vast knowledge base ranges from life insurance to general insurance. During her years in insurance, Nicky has enjoyed varying work environments and has experience in both call centres as well as small family brokerages. Nicky currently holds the position of Operations Manager for Sentinel Risk Insurance Group and is passionate about workflows and efficiency. She also prides herself as being a person who thinks outside the box to assist in providing solutions to problems currently faced by modern day brokers.

Sheldon began his insurance career in 2001 in a call centre selling and servicing insurance. Since then, he has taken on many different roles from Business Development, Account Management, Underwriting, and now Head of Sales. Throughout his career, Sheldon has been involved in working with brokers and companies to improve efficiencies, manage underwriting criteria, and producing sales.
Licensed with a Level 1 RIBO license, Sheldon is an active insurance broker happily servicing his clients!

Lannis entered the insurance industry in 2006 in Account Administration and is now the Financial Analyst at Allen Insurance Group. In her current role, Lannis works with the Broker Management System to improve efficiency, analyze reports, facilitate a more digital environment, and ensure the financial health of the brokerage. Lannis has a Diploma of Applied Arts and Administration from Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology and many courses in accounting from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Lannis’ career in accounting began with Deloitte and progressed into the Health care field prior to insurance. In her spare time, Lannis enjoys relaxing at her trailer, visiting Montreal, and spending time with her family.
